Public website
The memorial itself uses no advertising trackers, third-party analytics, tracking cookies or visitor profiles. It records only private daily totals for page views, service video starts and successful form submissions.
Security logs are privacy-minimised, contain no stored IP address, session identifier, referrer or user-agent value, and are retained for 14 days.
YouTube service recording
YouTube is not contacted when the service page first opens. If you choose play, a privacy-enhanced YouTube player loads and receives the memorial site’s origin, plus the browser and network information needed to deliver the video. The memorial does not receive YouTube’s visitor data.
Private contributions
Form submissions and uploads are held in non-public quarantine. They are scanned and reviewed by us. Nothing publishes automatically. Contact details are used only to handle the submission or request.
Corrections and requests
Use the private contribution form for corrections, privacy, copyright or takedown requests. It is the only public contact channel for the memorial.
